Title: Quality Manager (Wroclaw)

As part of our continuing growth we are looking for a Quality Manager to join our Wroclaw office. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain ISO 13485 medical device quality process certification for S3 Group's Telehealth business line
- Coordinate ISO 9001:2008 quality management activities and participate in the internal audit program
- Consult with S3 Group customers to embed project and quality management processes in their organizations
- Coach and mentor employees on project and quality management processes
- Identify and implement improvements in project and quality management processes
- Support the development and roll-out of Project Improvement Office(PIO) strategic plans and initiatives
- Execute quality assessments of S3 Group Wroclaw suppliers
Requirements:
- Master Degree(or equivalent) in Electronic, Software or Telecommunications Engineering
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience within the quality management field
- Excellent working knowledge of quality and risk management processes, ideally within the medical domain
- Experience in implementing and maintaining and ISO 13485 and/or FDA QSR based quality management system
- Experience in bringing medical devices to market as per US FDA Regulations and EU Medical Device Directives would be a distinct advantage
- A good understanding of project management methodologies/frameworks applied in product development projects e.g. PMBOK, Prince2, CMMI. PMP or Prince2 certification would be an advantage
- Commercial awareness
- Leadership skills and the ability to secure commitment from other stakeholders
- Strong customer orientation
- A desire to seek continuous improvement and self-development
- Enthusiastic and positive outlook
- Excellent written and spoken English
