Vacancies exist in the Consumer Healthcare Business Line for a Project Manager.
Reporting to the Group Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Customer and Partner interaction to define the scope of Projects from programme, technical and process perspectives
- Leading Project Teams to deliver world-class solutions
- Strong technical knowledge in the areas of Highly scalable Enterprise System Architecture, Software Development and Software Lifecycle Management within the project
- Effective communication with clients to identify needs and evaluation of alternative business solutions
- Creating and executing project work plans and reviewing as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Scope, Time, Quality and Risk Management
- Motivating team to work together in the most efficient manner
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and making constructive suggestions for changes
Requirements:
- University degree in information technology or electronic/computer engineering
- 6-8 years practical experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Healthcare or Telecommunications would be a distinct advantage
- Requirements and System Architecture Experience
- Supervisory/management experience and the flexibility to deal with people of different cultural backgrounds at a variety of levels, internally as well as externally
- Experience managing projects in a services industry would be an advantage
- Excellent proven project delivery and time management skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Very strong conceptual, analytical and judgment abilities
- FDA Certification Experience would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work in both international and multifunctional teams
- The individual should demonstrate initiative, exercises good judgment, strong commercial orientation and have the ability to achieve results through others
- The ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment
