Paul Kavanagh is General Manager, North America. Paul’s responsibilities include managing S3 Group’s engineering, business development and sales activities in the North American market. Paul is also responsible for driving the growth of our San Jose office to help service the company’s growing US client base.

Paul has worked in multiple technical and commercial positions for the past 19 years including Aldiscon, Integral Design Ltd, Xilinx and for his own company Advanticus Technologies. Paul originally joined S3 Group in 1987 as a Project Leader and Software Engineer before moving into a Software Account Management role before his temporary departure in 1995. Paul then returned to S3 Group in 2005 as Product Marketing Manager for the Consumer Home Business Line and was recently promoted to the role of General Manager, S3 Group North America.

Paul holds a BA. Mod. Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and is currently completing an MBA from Henley Management College.
