Johnnie Benner is S3 Group's Human Resources Director. Reporting directly to the CEO, Johnnie drives the global HR strategy for the business, leads the recruitment and selection process and manages compensation, benefits, training and development programmes as well as employee relations. 
Johnnie's career began in academia where he worked as a Lecturer, Researcher and Programme Manager in the Department of Human Resources & Industrial Relations in University College Dublin. He then progressed into industry as a Management Development Consultant in Intel Ireland from 1997-1999 and subsequently took up senior managerial positions as HR specialist and HR manager in Whirlpool before joining S3 Group as Human Resources and Training Manager in 2003. Johnnie was promoted to the position of HR Director in S3 Group in 2006 and represents an excellent addition to S3 Group's management team.

Johnnie holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, a Masters of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from University College Dublin and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Employment Law in University College Dublin.
