Information Security
S3 has adopted uncompromising approach to the Quality of our services. It includes information security precautions, as we at S3 are aware that information consigned to us must be treated with the utmost care. S3 is currently in the process of aligning its security practices with the ISO 17799 standard.
Process Framework
We use our mature process framework to guide projects to a successful end. The framework uses the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)and the PMBOK Guide (ANSI/PMI 99-001-2004) as reference models to guide our development of processes and practices for both project management and product development.
Quality Standards
All S3 design centres are ISO 9001:2000 Tick IT certified. The ISO and Tick IT standards are leading European quality certifications that are awarded to organizations that rigorously adopt quality control and improvement processes that ensure optimum service and output quality is delivered to clients.
Communication
S3 offers a seamless integration of cutting edge technical capabilities with effective and efficient project management. Communication is seen as vital for project success, and therefore S3 has developed a secure web based portal providing customers with a constant insight into project status.
