Information Security

S3 Group has adopted an uncompromising approach to the Quality of our services. It includes information security precautions, as we at S3 Group are aware that information consigned to us must be treated with the utmost care. S3 Group uses the ISO 27001 standard as a basis for the implementation of security controls that protect information assets and give confidence to our customers.

Process Framework

We use our mature process framework to guide projects to a successful end. The framework uses the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)and the PMBOK Guide (ANSI/PMI 99-001-2004) as reference models to guide our development of processes and practices for both project management and product development.

All S3 Group design centers are ISO 9001:2008 certified. The ISO standard is the leading European quality certification that is awarded to organizations that rigorously adopt quality control and improvement processes that ensure optimum service and output quality is delivered to clients.

Communication

Communication is seen as vital for project success, and therefore S3 Group has developed a secure web based portal providing customers with a constant insight into project status.
