S3 Announces Collaboration With Electronics-Link Japan to Expand Presence in Mobile TV Market
Silicon & Software Systems(S3), the leading global provider of mobile broadcast DTV client software, today announced that it is collaborating with Electronics-Link Japan (ELJ) to help them exploit the market opportunities that exist for mobile TV in Japan.
ELJ will work with S3 to identify and win new business opportunities in Japan for S3’s onHandTVTM software solution. S3 also anticipates that ELJ will help to further develop long term relationships with the key players in the Mobile TV market in Japan, both at a device and operator level. ELJ has developed an impressive track record of securing business in this market area, and fulfils a unique role in helping foreign technology companies, such as S3, access and understand the Japanese market quickly and effectively.
