Biography: Alison Saunders is a Senior Project Manager in S3 Group working in both the TV Technology and Telehealth business lines. Alison joined S3 Group in 2001 and is responsible for managing multi-discipline, multi-site projects typically starting with initial customer contacts in response to an RFP through to contract negotiations, the requirements phase and final testing and delivery. Alison is also a skilled program manager with a proven track record in bringing projects in on time and within budget. Prior to S3 Group, Alison held multiple senior software and engineering roles within Philips Electronics as well as team leadership and programming roles at Logica. Alison holds a BSc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Aston in Birmingham and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner from OGC and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
